USPS's Informed Delivery Service

USPS’s Informed Delivery Service

Informed Delivery is a free and optional notification feature that gives residential and eligible PO Box™ consumers the ability to digitally preview their letter-sized mail and manage their packages scheduled to arrive soon. Informed Delivery benefits the entire household by allowing users to view what is coming to their mailbox whenever, wherever – even while traveling – on a computer, tablet, or mobile device.

Informed Delivery offers business mailers the opportunity to engage users through an integrated mail and digital marketing campaign that generates additional consumer impressions, interactions, and insights.

If a mailer participates in Informed Delivery, supplemental content, referred to as interactive campaigns, will be shown. Interactive campaigns include custom images and a URL that directs the user to a digital experience.
